We guarantee to deliver or install your order on time—whichever applies. If we don’t, you’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll still complete the job!

How Do We Keep Our Promise?

By using automation and realistic scheduling. For example, when you order a pavement sign and provide artwork, the order is automatically processed and sent straight to print without delays. Once printed, it is carefully handled, inspected, finished, and then either dispatched or installed by our team.

Smaller items like pavement signs, leaflets, and banners are dispatched, while larger projects like shop signs require installation.

Exceptions to the Guarantee

You won’t be eligible for a refund if:

• You refuse installation or reschedule delivery/installation.
• Severe weather conditions (as flagged by the Met Office) affect outdoor installations:
  • Yellow or Red weather warnings
  • Winds over 45 mph

Weather disruptions may also impact deliveries, as they would with any other UK company.
