Print Banding!
Print Banding is where a printhead on a printer iseither clogged or beggining to fail causing faint white lines through prints sometimes theese lines can be coloured!
This is bad because the colour accurcy will have been altered! If you recive a print from anyone with theese lines return it and refrain from using them in the future!
Any decent sign company will have that printhead replaced by the next working day! If we have this epson before 5pm we can call epson and they will send a technician out the next morning! There is no excuse on providing low quality prints
Fading Signs!
Poor quality signs will fade! And there is a simple reason why and thats the quality triangle
most sign companies will print on 5 year vinyl and place it on some cheap ACM!
We do things diffrently around here!
1st Life span of the vinyl? We use 7 Year Vinyl
2nd Life span of the inks? Our inks last 5 years outdoors 10Years indoors
3rd We laminate our prints with 7 year clear vinyl this coctail of vinyl and ink creates a print that will easily last 10 years+
Print and Cut OFFSET
Our Print&Cut machines are fine tuned and calibrated to cut precisly! Unlike others that use bleeds around their deisgn we litrally cut on the line as you can see here the cutter only cut the artwork and during the "weeding process" you can not see any traces of colour on the weeded scrap meaning our cut lines cut the design but did not take any colour with it
